Notes - One official player size patch as awarded to Real Madrid for claiming 13 UEFA Champions League titles. This new style badge replaces the seperate patch used previously and now includes the number of titles achieved in the starball for the 2021-22 season. Real Madrid will wear the badge in recognition of their European title achievements in which the 2017-18 final claimed their 13th. This badge is applied to the right-sided sleeve above the UEFA foundation patch.
