Notes - One official player size SensCilia/Lextra patch as awarded to Ajax for claiming four Champions League titles. Until 2015 Barcelona had also won 4 Champions League titles however had not previously achieved a treble dominance. Ajax wore the badge for the recognition of their European treble achievements from 1970-73. This patch is worn in the UEFA Champions League from 2013 onwards and is to be applied to the left sleeve above the respect badge.
