The Rossoneri faced Liverpool in the 2007 final at the Olympic Stadium in Athens, Greece, seeking revenge for their heart-breaking defeat to the same opponents just 2 years earlier. AC would be victorious thanks to Filippo Inzaghi's two goals completing the 2-1 score and Milan's 7th Champions League trophy. This patch is applied to the right sleeve.
