Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Medina during the 2004-05 season. The defender was limited to just one appearance this campaign as the side finished 13th in La Liga and reached the Round of 16 in the Copa del Rey. Medina would join Elche the following season before hanging up his boots in 2006.
