Player - Techincal midfielder Pavol Sedlák #17
Player shirt features - Correct size printing professionally heat pressed, Dri-Fit motif inside the collar, no Nike patch on the lower front, swapped with a Holland player and comes from their own personal collection - a signed letter verifying this will be provided
Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Sedlák during an U-21 friendly match against the Netherlands played at Štadión na Sihoti on the 25th April 2000. A strong performance from the hosts saw them run out 3-1 winners with Miroslav Barčik's brace doing the bulk of the damage whilst Szilard Németh also go on the scoresheet. Sedlák was introduced in the 64th minute. It was a warm up fixture before the 2000 UEFA Under-21 European Championship in the summer, in which Slovakia were the host nation. The side finished the tournament in fourth place with Sedlák played in 4 games during the competition coming off the bench in all of them. He made his senior debut later in the year against Croatia, but that was to be his only full cap.
