Condition - Excellent 9/10
Size - Medium/Large (40-42")
Defects - A few small pulls with some very light bobbling to front and reverse
Players - Wright, Rocastle, O'Leary, Adams, Limpar
Notes - Famous 'bruised banana' design away kit worn from 1991 to 1993. This shirt has become one of adidas's most iconic templates and has gone on to inspire art, fashion and numerous 'copycat' kits. George Graham's side failed to win a trophy during the shirts debut season, falling out of the FA and League Cup at the third round stage and finishing 4th in the First Division. The second season brought more success as The Gooners won both domestic cup competitions, however, they slumped to a 10th place finish in the Premier Leagues foundation season. The design was also memorably worn when Ian Wright scored a hat-trick on his league debut away to Southampton. This was the last adidas shirt to sport the 'trefoil' logo in English football
